Newpark top Net Promoter Score rankings yet again
We are delighted to share that our commitment to exceptional fluids solutions and customer service has once again been recognized in the annual Kimberlite International Oilfield Research - 2024 Drilling Fluids and Solids Control Report.
Newpark topped the charts across all key drilling fluids criteria to achieve a category-redefining overall Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 63%, which put us +14% ahead of the next closest provider and +21% ahead of the category average.
Continuous performance
This year's report marks the seventh consecutive year that Newpark has either matched or exceeded the category average Net Promoter Score, with notable year-on-year improvement in field personnel competency and overall fluids performance.
Leading on all criteria
Our overall top spot was well-earned, with Newpark scoring the highest on every criterion and the only major provider with a positive NPS for Availability/Delivery and we also received a very strong score for Price Competitiveness.
